On Monday, October 11, 2010 at the LaFayette House in Foxbourough, Mass., we attended the 75th Birthday Celebration of Joe Moylan and launched the Joe Moylan Youth Hockey Foundation, Inc. My father’s wish was to bring family and friends together for his 75th Birthday, to honor this wish his eldest son decided to have the party and celebrate his life and introduce the Youth Hockey Foundation founded in his name.

There were over 60 people in attendance. Many childhood friends, high school classmates and college teammates and friends where their to celebrate Joe’s life and learn more about the Joe Moylan Youth Hockey Foundation, Inc. We were able to raise $5,400 in donations and many friends signed on to help the Foundation sell Lottery Fundraiser tickets.

It was a great evening of fun memories and story telling and a great way to start the Foundation off and running! Thank you to those who attended and who support our mission and the positive purpose of this organization. Click here to see photos from the event.
